A Florida site plan is a drawing that shows the location of proposed construction on a property. Site plans are required for most building permit applications and must show: the property boundaries, the building footprint and its distance from property lines (setbacks), parking spaces, driveways, and access aisles, utility connections (water, sewer, electric), stormwater management features, and any existing structures on the property.
