A valid engineering letter in Florida must be signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Professional Engineer (PE). The seal certifies that the engineer has reviewed the relevant information and that the opinion expressed is their professional judgment. Pineland Engineering's letters are issued under Florida Engineering License PE 39202. We do not issue template letters — every letter is based on an actual assessment of the specific condition or situation.
