Pineland Engineering's floor plan design process begins with understanding your needs: how many bedrooms and bathrooms, how you use the space, your lifestyle, and your budget. We then develop a schematic floor plan for your review, refine it based on your feedback, and produce the final floor plan for permit submission. We design floor plans for all building types: custom homes, additions, renovations, commercial buildings, and multi-family buildings.

Floor plans submitted for Florida building permits must include: room dimensions and labels, door and window locations and sizes, ceiling heights, structural elements (bearing walls, beams, and columns), and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts. Pineland Engineering prepares complete floor plans for Florida building permits, coordinated with the structural and MEP drawings.
