What Is a Florida AR Stamp (Architect's Seal)?

A Florida AR stamp is the official seal of a Florida Registered Architect (RA). The stamp certifies that the architectural drawings were prepared by or under the direct supervision of a Florida-licensed architect. Florida Statute 481 requires that architectural drawings for commercial buildings, multi-family residential buildings (three or more units), and certain other project types be prepared and sealed by a Florida Registered Architect.
