Once you've demonstrated consistent production, your compensation structure converts to a higher base with performance bonuses tied directly to what you deliver.

Origination Bonus Tier Increase

As your originated book grows, your percentage on self-generated work increases. The more you build, the better the terms.

Profit Share Eligibility

At a defined origination threshold, you become eligible for a share of firm profits — not a bonus, a stake in the outcome.

Equity Conversation

For engineers who build a substantial book and demonstrate sustained leadership, an equity conversation is on the table. In writing, with defined criteria — not a someday promise.
